Southsea
Ladies’ Open, supported by Portsmouth City Council, took place on
Friday, 20th August 2010 on the Great Salterns Golf Course.
They had their best ever entry of 75 players from 15 golf clubs.
Although it was a warm, grey, drizzly start, the competition was
played mostly in the dry. The starter for the day was Mr Colin Bartram,
the Club’s Vice President. It
was a great day enjoyed by everyone with the prizes being presented by
the Lady Captain, Mrs Kim Emery. There
were 11 Fun Prizes as well as the 11 Main Prize Winners who were:
